This happened to me only once and I had to contact support to fix it as my cPanel somehow became corrupt and wasn't working properly.
Has anyone else ever experienced this? As for what caused it, I believe the last thing I did before it messing up was adding and removing add-on domains which apparently somehow it got corrupt.
