Do any of you use Google Adsense as an advertisement and revenue generating tool for either your blog sites or web sites ? If so, how is it working for you ?

Yeah, I put adsense ads on all my web pages and blogs. It makes some money and it's free so why not. Just be sure to block out any major competitors so they buy your product not theirs.

I haven't had much success with it unfortunately but it has made me a few extra bucks. I'm probably going to start selling ad space directly to maximize my revenue once I improve the traffic that my most popular site is getting though as that seems to be the best option at this point.
