Extra Bandwidth or Extra Ram
« on: February 08, 2010, 10:03:22 PM »
If for example, my website starts to slow down, which extra should I get? From the VPS page, there are extra things that can be added with additional price. How would I know which extra I should purchase?

Within our VPS control panel you will see graphs that show your resource utilization levels.

I included a snapshot in this post as an example.

Perfect, so you then just choose the add on that will cover the resource that you are over using, and that therefore is slowing you down. Much better than playing a guessing game.

Dave, I have to say that one thing I appreciate about your service is how user friendly it is for someone just starting out.  The little things, like the above snapshot, really help your company stand out.

That's one of the best features I've seen that is helpful to any user, even a newbie like me. Reduces panic attacks when the computer slows down and eliminates thoughts of virus attacks.

Dave, thanks for providing the snapshot.  I'm a visual person so this helps alleviate any fears that I might about making decisions about upgrades based on utilization.
