SSL Certificates
« on: March 09, 2010, 07:28:03 AM »
How do I get SSL certificate for my website? Will I pay extra charge for having a secured website? Is there any difference in maintaining a secured website compare to a normal website?

SSL certificates require a dedicated IP and that costs $2.00/mo

SSL certificate prices fluctuate so just open a support ticket for current pricing. We setup / install / maintain SSL certificates for our clients all the time.

There are several different types of SSL certificates available on the internet.  Some are cheap and some are pretty expensive.  For most people, a cheap ssl certificate is more that sufficient for most people.

Thank you dave and ResidentGeek for enlightening me.

What is the difference of the expensive SSL from the cheap one? Will the expensive version of SSL have more security than the cheaper SSL?
