What does the extended support mean on the reseller packages? What kind of support I will receive on reseller bundles compare to the normal packages you are offering?

Extended support for resellers means that we will make a best effort to provide solutions for your issues even if they exceed the standard support guidelines.

Example:
A resellers customer has an issue where a particular function of their script wont execute and the reseller cannot figure out why.

Our support team will attempt to recreate the issue and examine the server logs directly to determine the problem and provide the solution to the reseller.

That is very nice of your team dave. I will consider getting a package from your company and tell about your company to my friends if they need a host for their websites.
